Every morning, we can deliver our homemade breakfast right to your apartment door in a traditional apple crate. Choose between our small or large breakfast. Just place your order by 11.00 am the previous day. From the farm / farm shop

There’s plenty from Grafferhof itself to taste during your stay. Our farm shop stocks apple juice, fruit preserves, dried fruit, syrups and eggs. And if you fancy something fresh, just ask: we can also bring you herbs, fruit and vegetables straight from our garden and orchard.

Drinking water

Our tap water tastes great and is perfectly safe to drink – in fact, the same high-quality water also runs through the shower. Skip the plastic bottles, bring a reusable one and simply fill it up at the farm whenever you need to.

Common room

Our common room is there for relaxed moments with friends or other guests. Children have their own play corner, there’s a little library with books about South Tyrol and a coffee machine for whenever you fancy a cup. Settle in and enjoy.

Booking, payment and cancellation

PAYMENT, DEPOSIT AND BOOKINGYour booking becomes binding once we have received written confirmation and a deposit of 40% of the total price. You can pay by debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard), by bank transfer before arrival or in cash when you get here. (Cash payments are accepted up to a maximum total of €1,999.99.)OPEN ALL YEARGraffer is open all year round. Spring and autumn, in particular, bring out a very special side of Bolzano.CANCELLATIONSometimes plans change. To avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. If you are unable to come or have to leave earlier than planned, the following cancellation policy applies:More than 3 months before your stay: no charge 3 months to 1 month before your stay: 40% of the booking total 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the booking total Early departure: 100% of the booking total

Our underground garage is available throughout your stay and offers direct access to the house. Your car stays protected from the weather and nice and cool during the summer months.

Little guests, lots of room

Green space, fresh air and plenty of freedom to run, play and explore: children have lots of room to enjoy themselves at Graffer. Indoors, there’s a common room with a play corner, while outside they can meet our chickens and rabbits and have fun in the playground right in front of the house.

So why not leave the car at home? Arrange it with us in advance and we’ll be happy to pick you up.

Laundry, linen and final cleaning

Final cleaning is included. Need to do some laundry during your stay? You can use our washing machine for €8 per load. Bed linen, towels, bath towels and tea towels are all provided free of charge.

Dogs

Bringing your dog along? Well-behaved dogs are welcome on request in two of our ground-floor apartments. The charge is €30 per day, food not included. Please remember to bring your dog’s bed and bowls for food and water.
