Meet Niki and Christian at Grafferhof in Bolzano
Sociable, spontaneous and rarely standing still – that pretty much sums us up.
Niki has energy to spare. She’s mum to our two children, loves being outside and is often busy in the farm shop. Catch her over a coffee and you may well hear a story or two about what life at Grafferhof is really like.
Christian is every bit as active. There’s usually another idea taking shape in his head, and most days you’ll find him outside, among the apple trees or getting on with the work around the farm. But when the jobs are done, there’s always time for a good chat – ideally with an aperitif in hand.
Family time, Graffer style
With children around, every day brings a little adventure of its own. Yet it’s often the small, unplanned moments that become the best memories. At Grafferhof, children have plenty of room to roam: they can play on the lawn or in the little playground, watch the chickens, cuddle the rabbits and simply be kids. And if your dog is part of the family too, two of our apartments welcome four-legged guests on request.

Good things from our kitchen and garden
Good food is part of life at Grafferhof. There’s coffee, wine from a local winegrower, our own fruit preserves, dried fruit, syrups and eggs, plus fresh herbs, vegetables and fruit straight from the garden.
If you like, we can fill your fridge before you arrive or top it up during your stay. And for an easy start to the morning, simply add our fresh farm breakfast.
Thoughtfully designed, down to the smallest detail
They say good things take time. From the first idea to the day, we opened our doors, we poured plenty of passion, inspiration and new ideas into our apartments – but above all, a great deal of time.
Which makes us all the happier to now share our home with guests who, like us, appreciate this special place among the orchards. People who love a picture-perfect setting without the kitsch. Who feel at home in contemporary surroundings and enjoy the quiet of country life just as much as the buzz of the city.
